Administrative Assistant

Our Administrative Assistants perform a variety of essential office functions. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant who will aid in collaboration between our various departments while answering phones, maintaining daily correspondence, and handling receptionist duties.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities include:

 

      • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to our office
      • Front desk and reception oversight
      • Greet and direct office guests in a friendly and professional manner
      • Daily email correspondence
      • Manage and maintain office calendars and schedules
      • Organize and systematically file paperwork, documents and contracts
      • Oversight of drafted marketing content and social media content

 

Requirements:

    • Retail, customer service, administrative or call center experience is required
    • Working knowledge of various social media platforms – LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, SnapChat, Instagram, HootSuite, etc.
    • Computer Literate : MacOS and Windows, desired typing speed is 40WPM+
    • Our administrative assistants must be able to coordinate information across various applications and devices
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Poised and professional demeanor
    • Attention to detail, proofreading skills
    • Collaborates well with others in a team environment, maintains consistent channels of interdepartmental communication
