I'm from Shanghai, one of the modernest cities in the world. It is rich in culture and vitality. I studied International Business, and I decided to go abroad to study after my graduation. So I came to the US at age of 22, by myself, finished my MBA degree in Global Business Leadership with an emphasis on Marketing in a period of 2 years. I really like the city where I went to school at. Providence, Rhode Island, gave me a good taste of New England’s culture, also offered me time to vest my education into an execution plan for my future. I moved to New York City in 2012 after graduation. I was looking for a job that can particularly help me grow and train me to become the best individual in this field one day. Life is a great experience, I appreciate the unknowns, and so far it’s been quite great. Learning from my mistakes and standing up from where I fell allowed me to become better every day.
The one person that motivates me to be better every day is my daughter.
I’m thankful for the opportunity this industry has allowed me to have and the chances to make a change in many people’s lives. My goal is to have 20 offices by 2018.
I live by these words: “The human being has no limitations.”
I’m Originally from Brooklyn, NY. I went to school in NYC for business. I worked as a retail manager for a few years until I couldn't grow anymore. Working in retail was not my ideal career. I worked long hours with no overtime and missed out on all the holidays. So I explored other options and stumbled upon marketing and fell in love with it. Humility is the biggest lesson I've learned ever since I joined this industry. I've always been a bit of know-it-all, but pursuing knowledge aggressively and being open to feedback helped me to mature. I am grateful for the people I am surrounded by. My mentors and my team have helped me grow and bring out a side of me that I've never expected to see before. I take pride on being the first college graduate in my family. My parents immigrated to the US in the early 80's and came from humble beginnings.
Being successful will always require a tremendous amount of hard work. So I started sooner than later and I will continue to work hard until I have everything I want. After successfully building my marketing career, My goal is to go to school in Seoul, South Korea, for fashion and pursue my dream goal of opening my own clothing line.
I live by these words: “Learn from mistakes, embrace them and impact others on the lessons that you’ve learned”
I was a little bit of everything, not even going to lie. I was in the photography business for a while. Jumped into an office space, didn't like it. Jumped into the film industry. Loved it but couldn't continue fully, so I went into teaching. I think everyone secretly has a passion for teaching. And when, I figured it wasn't for me, I went into management and couldn't deal with the industry I was working in. So I went into this business. And man what a business this is. I got started in this business when soul searching. I needed something to match my ambitions. Ever since, I have learned that complacency, being lazy is the biggest career killer ever, In every industry you work in. I have improved my management model to be more concise, more articulate. I think experience and making mistakes have made me better myself and better others working with me. Self improvement means improvement for all isn't it?
I talk big picture all the time. The business allows all of us who are willing to out in a 100% to make it big. Big is all we do! Go big or go home. It is always nice to be around like minded people as well. It helps the group when we all look after one another and encourage one another when things get down. My Goal is to keep finding goals. There are way too many things to do in life and the world and to stop at one destination doesn't seem to make sense to me. Keep finding more goals, keep going and experience more.

I'm from Southern California where the sun never sleeps; born and raised in Riverside. I enjoy going to live concerts and in my free time I enjoy being with family and friends. My talents? If you call doing the wave with your tongue a talent. Recently I have been able to travel to new states and enjoy some zip-lining! I want to build a house in Mexico, have a family and travel to several countries, including Spain, Cuba and Puerto Rico among other things. Thus far my biggest accomplishment has been moving across the country and building a new life for myself. My motto is “Not why?, But why not? —Just do it”. What I enjoy most is the personal growth, not just in myself but those around me.
My name is Carson and I am from El Paso, Texas. I enjoy reading, playing guitar, and doing all things that give me a thrill, primarily sports. Talents? If I told you, they wouldn't be hidden anymore. One of the main things I was able to cross off my bucket list was to able to scuba dive the Cenotes in Mexico. My goals in life are to be a good father, husband, and to continually learn from all of my experiences and interactions. My previous experiences are in coaching and playing sports. It helps me with my mentality and with the leadership aspect of this industry. What I like most about what I do is the fact that I can embrace the entrepreneurial spirit all the time and there is no cap. Growth is inevitable.
I was raised in New York City, after my family immigrated from Guyana, South America. After studying computer science I switched career paths and began an apprenticeship as a welder until I found this opportunity. I was seeking an opportunity which would provide training, and high rewards based on my performance. This industry was the perfect fit. A crucial lesson to my growth has been having a good student mentality and embracing failure as a necessary element of the growth process. Becoming complacent within a single market will stagnate long term growth.
I'm grateful for the hard work and commitment of my entire team toward our collective goals. I'm also indebted to my business partners for their support, coaching and guidance. I'm most proud of the part I play in helping others achieve their goals. My goals are to promote eight managers in the next eighteen months while changing cities three times in that same period.
I live by these words: “To live a rewarding life, and inspire others to do the same.”
I was born and raised in Queens, NY. Being the youngest of my siblings, I always felt myself maturing at a faster pace than my peers. I've never really had any work experience. I've been a student athlete my entire life. From little league baseball the early years of my childhood, to football and boxing in my teenage years. I started my career in the sales and marketing field at a time in my life when no other employer was looking to hire me based on my lack of experience, this industry welcomed me with open arms and gave me a shot that I gladly took. I’m thankful for the opportunity to impact others to grow and develop desired skills to reach goals and opportunities they never thought existed, based on my leadership. I believe that leadership isn't based upon how well or efficient you perform, but instead how well can you mimic and develop good qualities and skills from another. I am proud of the man that entrepreneurship molded me into in two short years.
My goals are, around this time next year, to be promoted to Regional Consultant, managing 3-5 campaigns. Shortly after, I'd like to open a few office across the Caribbean.
