Sales Team Leader

Our Sales Team Leaders are integral to the CMX Austin Team. They are responsible for augmenting our customer service department by aiding our clients in deciding which products and services are the right fit. Our Sales Representatives are natural communicators who understand the benefits of driving performance and closing leads.

 

Duties of our sales representatives include but are not limited to:

 

    • Managing multiple client accounts
    • Engage with members of both the sales and customer service team to increase collaboration between departments
    • Ensure strong brand perception, and increase long-term client retention
    • Creative positive relationships with current and potential clients
    • Provide consistent sales results by actively engaging with our clients
    • Utilize interpersonal and management skills to drive sales team goals and ensure that quarterly targets are met
    • Develop a thorough understanding of each client’s needs and preferences
    • Sales team leaders must be up to date and well versed in current product and service knowledge
    • Train junior members of the sales team ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedure and Quality Assurance guidelines
    • Other duties as assigned.
